Training/Recovery Balance

It’s important to find the balance between training and recovery. It can accelerate your progress toward your goals. When you are exercising in the gym, you put a lot of stress on your body. You technically breaking down your muscle fibres, that’s why it’s crucial to leave time for the body to build back up stronger, better, faster.  There are tons of methods to accelerate this process.

Cardio

I really like functional movements, and love kettlebells. They are a great combination between strength and cardiovascular training. Who said you can’t get a great workout in, under less than an hour? Do you only have a half an hour for a workout? No problem. You can even book a half an hour session with me.

Furthermore…

The human body is a truly magical thing. It’s able to adapt to all kinds of conditions. That’s how we evolved, that’s how we survived. You have to provide your body with the right nutritional components, the right stimuli, the right amount of  recovery in order to thrive.

If you sit on the couch all day long, eating junk food, guess what’s  going to happen? Yes, it will adapt to the conditions…. It gets softer!

You should know…

In order to make changes, you need time and dedication to show up and put in the work. Think of it as a lifestyle. There are no short cuts for success!

I will support you on your journey, but the commitment has to come from you! If you keep showing up, keep hammering it, you can conquer everything.
